Webbe International's Global Markets search practice is led by Scott Taylor out of Hong Kong and is recognized as one of the leading teams in the market. With consultants in Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea we offer a broad coverage of the Asia Pacific Region. The practice focuses on placing mid to senior front office staff in Sales, Structuring, Trading and Quantitative Analytics / Strategists/ Research and combines this with a Cross Asset approach. Our product coverage includes Cash Equities, Delta 1 / Securities Finance, Equity Derivatives, Flow Credit, Structured Credit, FX (EM / G10 / Options) Interest Rates and Hybrids. We pride ourselves on our in depth market knowledge and understanding of our clients strategy and culture to ensure we find the right solution to match both our clients and candidates' needs.

Our dedicated practice covers mid to senior level roles across the Asia Pacific region. For Corporate Banking, this includes mainland China Corporate Banking, Local Corporates and MNC roles in all countries. We have a long track record spanning over a decade in Transaction Banking and this practice covers the full range of structured finance positions across sectors. The business works hand in hand with our Investment Banking specialists reflecting the integrated nature of the universal banking model which is very much the norm in today's market.

Webbe has specialized in coverage of Investment Banking and Private Equity since its inception in Asia in 1997. Since then we have worked on whole Asian build outs for global and Asian institutions as well as key positions that make a difference for our clients. Our coverage includes the whole of Asia and includes multiple placements in all geographies. This includes originators, product and sector specialists as well as generalists and regional managers. Additionally, we have also delivered very good candidates for portfolio roles.

Our Private Wealth Management Executive Search business, which covers the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East, is very similar to the business of our clients and senior Private Banking candidates. Before we approach any individual or institution, we do our own due diligence and thorough background checks. Only after assessment of suitability and fit do we engage in strictly confidential conversations. This is also done with significant strategic thinking and understanding of the industry as a whole, combined with a microscopic attention on the value proposition for our clients where senior bankers can contribute and maximize their full potential. But our work does not stop there; we continually engage with all parties during discussions. At the end of the day, we believe not in just fulfilling a transaction, but a life time of relationship with our candidates and clients. Webbe has a very well established Legal and Compliance practice including experienced client account managers and execution staff. It is also a business where our Chief Executive actively meets clients and senior level candidates and takes a very close interest in our business across the Asia Pacific region. Although we are regional in coverage our track record and knowledge is particularly strong in Greater China including Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. For law firms we are dealing primarily at a senior level including salaried and equity partners. This includes dedicated lawyers in the specializations Corporate, Funds, Private Equity and Finance. We also cover Financial Institutions for Legal and Compliance, primarily at Vice President and above.
